Our Mission

The Columbia River Gorge is one community. It is shaped by a river, a shared landscape, and a commitment to caring for one another that spans generations, one relationship at a time. For four decades, One Community Health has shown up in orchards, schools, and community events. This work has been intentional, culturally responsive, and built on a simple belief: everyone in the Gorge deserves care that meets them where they are.

The One Community Health Foundation exists to support that care and improve health for generations to come. It funds services and programs that go beyond what insurance covers. This is neighbors helping neighbors. It is the kind of care our community needs more than ever.
